Non-Chexsystems Credit Unions and Second Chance Banks

Here’s a list of Credit Unions and banks in California reported to not use any chexsystems service and offer second chance checking accounts. If you are one of those who have been listed in Chexsystems, you are strongly suggested to try these banks. Note that I can’t guarantee your approval. So you have to try the list by yourself. And you are suggested to apply for 2nd chance checking accounts if you have been reported to Chexsystems.

All of the financial institutions listed here can work with those with a poor history of credit or other suspicion of fraud. These non ChexSystems banks and credit unions in CA offer 2nd chance banking in CA without considering the Chexsystems report.
